Lost in the field. What inspired me to create this work is, I really love flowers. There isspecial to me, whether they’re real or fake, I love to keep them and have them in my room andwhen wearing the brown long sleeve / trench coat shows off my style in baggy clothing, when having a hidden face, I believe I have a very hidden personality and very shy when meeting me.The deeper meaning to this photo is people refuse to let themselves be out. They hide themselves in makeup or in baggy clothes. In this photo it was to show people hide their desires and looks because of how people are, due to how people treat others, the smeared makeup was to show even when trying so hard to stay hidden or fit in, you’re still not enough. Some different artistic choices I made was having different colored Christmas lights behind me, with lighting to be pinker then white from the light, and it show off the eyeliner + lipstick.

Layer Masking Images-Vanishing and Multiplicity
The lonesome group. What inspired me to create this work was deciding between multiplicity and vanishing, I seemed to have an easier time editing the multiplicity, and I enjoyed editing myself interacting with of course, myself. The deeper meaning of this is, no matter what I do, I'll be all alone. When working on schoolwork, or drawing in my notebook, I have no one to talk to about this and share, so in this I have myself showing off the drawing and working on the laptop, and on the outsides, it shows me looking off in the distance curled up in a ball alone. Being alone can be shown by many indications from someone, which slowly turns into loneliness. I chose the green gradient to give off my green outfit today, I worked on shading under the layers of myself, where my bottom, head, and items would give off shadow, I made some of myself lighter with the brightness and darker areas would dial down with the brightness, I ended up cropping the side because there was a lot of extra space when it came to this. When a lining these pictures with each other, I had to mark down on the floor tape to tell myself I have already been there.

During this assignment I was journalling what I see in my everyday life like my house inside and out. Why I ended up journalling what I see every day is because, I think it's important to see how not everyone's lives are the same, we all don't see the same thing and it should be taken into consideration. I believe seeing people's rooms is a way to show creativity, because when it comes to room decoration it's important for the person decorating to make it how they want it and is comfortable with or see the comfort of their own home when it comes to different rooms. In my photojournalism, one of the most noticeable photos in my collage was the photo of my backyard and my window to my kitchen. What's so special about these photos is to know an impact of what happens to people, in my backyard due to the snow piling up on the tree the weight caused a lot of the branches to fall or in the window photo, during the summer it has the best views of sunsets which is beautiful. Every photo has a story, its important to learn it.

Break The Binary. What inspired me to do this topic is, as a trans individualI read information from websites about how teens struggle to come out to their parents due to possibles fears of not being accepted. Students are more comfortable coming out to teachers more than their parents, or even feel like they have to hide their identify of being trans due to how bad bullying is.Why I want to spread the issue because, students should be able to be themselves without worrying about being bullied or treated unfairly over their sexuality. With the text of “Breaking the Binary” It allows the outside view that we the community are able to break the expectations individuals want us to have and be ourselves. I added on my face half makeup and the other no makeup to show the feminine and masculine side of people, and used a gradient as the trans flag, with parts of my face breaking off to indicate that the title of break the binary. What inspired me to create this work was, I love drawing and doing the photo doodling was my favorite assignment in this class, so I decided to do this assignment based on that assignment but adding a twist of adding images from the outdoors with a twist of imagination. There's a deeper meaning behind this work, it's that in an image that has lots of negative space can easily be filled in with your imagination, and it doesn't have to be something specific, it could be anything you want all you have to do is pick up the drawing pen and put your imagination to the test, and also photo doodles don't have to be just on people, they can be on the great outdoors we see every day. In my drawings I showed figures like humans to be a light blue “outline” and appear as transparent. This represents that they aren't there, and they're more ghost looking, and for the dog it has a more cartoony and colored in to show it playing. I made sure in the humans was it was more dark composition and less lighting to show that humans lives are darker and more mysterious compared to a joyful dog playing.
